Bandhej is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week except, Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies and in case of non-availability of courier service at the delivery location, parcel will be sent via speed post.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

It will take 7-10 working days approximately to ship the order.

Some items are made on order only for example- knit ensembles. If the item ordered by you is out of stock, we are happy to make it for you if we have the fabric. In such cases, we will make the item and ship it within 15 working days.  We try to make it and ship the courier as soon as possible.

Please note Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping is free on orders above Rs.1300 within India. The courier service used for shipping in India is Blue Dart.

The shipping charge for international orders is charged as per the weight of the items ordered at the time of placing the order online. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

International orders are shipped through our courier partner, Fedex and it takes 7-10 working days for the courier to reach you.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before the courier comes back to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including pin code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.

MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express), provide Net Banking Option across major banks via our Third-party payment gateway, Cash on Delivery and UPI as modes of payment. Cash on delivery is not available as a payment option for international orders, and they should be prepaid.
