SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We're happy to accept returns and exchange within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into making each product. The customer can exchange the size or buy something else.

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please contact our customer care at email: customercare@bandhej.com, 079-25633667 or 09898118772 at the earliest. We will arrange for a reverse pickup.

Once we receive the item you want to exchange, we will send you the item you want in exchange. 

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order within 7 days of receipt.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

All refunds will be initiated via NEFT in case of COD payment or through our payment gateway partner in case of prepaid orders.

At this point, we will not be accepting returns for international orders.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.

Modification of Shipping address: You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team on email at customercare@bandhej.com
